Home visits are compulsory for the well-being of our clients. Visits include an assessment of the home as well as a thorough clinical evaluation of clients to ensure they receive the best care tailored to their needs.
Our caregivers are experience and will assist with light house duties, grooming and will provide physical aide ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients.
Yes we do. This is a core service of our business. To ensure that all clients receive the best care possible each visit is documented and ultimately reviewed by a Nurse Practitioner. In addition, clients and their primary care physicians receive reports at least quarterly.
With advance notice we can arrange accompanied transportation to doctor’s appointments.
Our staff is available 24 hours for enquiries, requests or concerns. Each client will also be given contact information for a supervisor who can also be reached during and after business hours.
